    On 13 September 2012, Computacenter Plc was notified that Neil Muller, a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company, had on 12 September
2012, sold 19,529 ordinary shares at an average price of £4.01 per share.
Following this transaction, Neil Muller's beneficial holding in the Company is
632 ordinary shares.
