On 7 December 2015, Computacenter plc was notified that Neil Hall, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), had on the same day, sold 4,921 ordinary shares of 7⁵/₉ pence each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 825 pence per share.
