     Acquisition - ICS Solutions Limited 
    Computacenter plc, Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure
services, today announces that its subsidiary, Computacenter UK Limited has
acquired a minority stake in ICS Solutions Limited, for a cash consideration
amounting to £500,000.  
    This acquisition will allow Computacenter to pursue wider opportunities in the
deployment of its Microsoft Collaboration service and solution offerings.
