Company, had on 16 May 2012 purchased 12,673 ordinary shares at a price of 384.0
pence per share. On the same day, Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg
Lock, purchased 766 ordinary shares at 384.0 pence per share.
    These transactions in total represent approximately 0.0088% of the issued share
capital.  Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the
Company is 380,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.247% of the Company's issued
share capital.
