Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R

On 23 June 2015, Computacenter plc was notified that Collis BVBA had, on the same day, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of £7.285 per share.

Collis BVBA is a company that is 50 per cent owned by Lieven Bergmans, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company, and additionally 50 per cent owned by Katrien Vinken, a connected person of Lieven Bergmans.
