Biography

Ros (1955) is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Victrex plc, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Aperam SA (where she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee), Non-Executive Director on the MOD Defence Equipment and Support Board (where she is also a member of the Remuneration Committee) and she is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nuclear Decommissioning Agency.
Ros was a Non-Executive Director of ConvaTec Group Plc where she was a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, Non-Executive Director of RPC Group Plc where she was a member of the Remuneration, Audit & Nomination Committees and Non-Executive Director of Boparan Holdings Limited where she was a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Ros stepped down from her position as the Deputy Chair of the Council of the University of Southampton after 10 years, where she holds an honorary doctorate. Ros served as the Chief Operating Officer for Smith & Nephew plc and has held senior management positions in global companies including Exxon, Diageo, ICI and Tate & Lyle Group.
