Computacenter plc announces that Nick Cosh, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has today resigned from the Board of Computacenter.

Ron Sandler, Chairman of Computacenter, said:

"With the enlargement of his portfolio of interests, Nick no longer feels able
to dedicate the time required to discharge his Board responsibilities at
Computacenter. The Board would like to thank Nick for the contribution he has
made to the Group over the last four years and we are sorry to see him leave.

"An executive search firm has been appointed to assist in recruiting a suitable
candidate to replace Nick on the Board and its sub-committees, including Chair
of the Audit Committee. I am delighted that Cliff Preddy has agreed to take on
the role of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director."
