Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)

On 23 October 2006, Computacenter Plc was notified that Mike Norris, the Chief
Executive Officer, had sold 208,333 ordinary shares at an average price of
£2.5757 on 20 October 2006. This transaction represented 0.13% of the issued
share capital. Following this transaction Mike Norris's beneficial holding in
the Company is 1,059,386 ordinary shares (representing 0.66% of the Company's
issued share capital).

On 20 October 2006, Computacenter Plc was notified that Christopher Webb (a
person discharging managerial responsibility), had exercised options over 5,000
shares at an exercise price of £1.60, which were granted under the Computacenter
Services Group plc Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme. Mr Webb
subsequently sold 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.5625 and following this
transaction his beneficial holding in the Company is 4,500 shares (representing
less then 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital).
