Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)


On 16 October 2006, Computacenter Plc was notified that Colin Brown (a person
discharging managerial responsibility), had exercised options over 20,000 shares
at an exercise price of £1.60, which were granted under the Computacenter
Services Group plc Approved Executive Share Option Scheme. Colin Brown
subsequently sold 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.65 and following this
transaction his beneficial holding in the Company is 341 shares (representing
less then 0.001 of the Company's issued share capital).
