Director/PDMR Shareholding

    Computacenter plc was notified on 3 September August 2010, that Pamela Ormerod,
a connected person of John Ormerod, a Director of Computacenter plc, had on 2
September 2010 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 284.613 pence per
share.  
     
    Following this transaction, John Ormerod's beneficial holding in the Company is
25,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.0065% of the issued share capital.
     
    This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
