Computacenter  plc was today notified that  Tony  Conophy
today sold 600,000 shares in Computacenter plc. The price
received for these shares was #11.75.

Tony  Conophy still retains a holding in 412,348 ordinary
shares and holds options over a further 385,361 shares.
