Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a block listing of 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each to
be admitted to the Official List, these shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares.

These ordinary shares are to be issued as a result of future exercise of options
under the following employee share option schemes:

Computacenter Services Group plc Approved Executive Share Option Scheme

Computacenter Services Group plc Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme

Computacenter plc Employee Share option Scheme 1998

Computacenter Performance Related Share Option Scheme 1998

Computacenter plc Sharesave Plus Scheme 1998.
