     Acquisition - HSD Consult GmbH                         
    Computacenter plc , Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure
services, today announces that its subsidiary, Computacenter Germany AG & Co.
oHG ('CC Germany'), intends to acquire the whole of the German Apple integrator,
HSD Consult GmbH, from the Gravis Group, subject to competition authority
clearance.
    This acquisition will strengthen Computacenter's position in the growing
mobility integration solution market in Germany.  The initial cash consideration
payable amounts to EUR4.9 million and in addition, there may be further
consideration of up to EUR0.5 million, depending on the level of acquired skills
retained at the end of 2011.
